I would have rated higher. The lower mark was due to a couple of night HCA were a bit indifferent to other patients need.
Suggested improvements
I believe these could be some improvement in a small number of HCA in there attitude respect for the patient.

Suj was great with my son quick and didn't disturb him- great overall.

To have access to the kitchen facilities don't want to wait for a nurse to went milk up for my child.

The nurses and staff in Japonica ward gave exceptional service all through. Nurse Ashley was exceptional and all the other nurses were good also.
